Tia Farhat
I am a true Southwest Floridian! I was born in Naples and grew up in Bonita Springs. I graduated from Naples High School and obtained my Bachelors degree from Florida Gulf Coast University with a concentration in Marketing. Currently, my husband and I are raising our family in South Fort Myers.
Being a rare Southwest Florida native with specialized knowledge throughout the area allows me to ensure that you feel secure in what can be one of the biggest purchases of your life. I will carefully listen to your real estate needs, whether you are aiming to buy or sell property. It is my goal to guide you to the property of your dreams or maximize the value you obtain in selling your property. My real estate experience is focused on high-end properties throughout Southwest Florida, specializing in land, estate homes, tear-downs, and new construction. I have five years of new construction experience during which I was the top sales associate for PGI Homes, selling several million in custom homes. In 2006, I was nominated for Sales Person of the Year in Cape Coral and was a Top Producer for Remax Anchor Realty in 2008. In December 2009, I sold the highest priced home in Lee County, a custom home built by PGI Homes in the prestigious Cape Harbour Preserve.
Rocky Farhat
Rocky holds over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. He is the original member of the Charlotte County based, PGI Homes, which now builds from Collier to Sarasota County. It is through Rocky's enthusiasm for fine details in construction and design that PGI Homes continues to be one of Southwest Florida's premier custom home builders. In 2005, Rocky became co-owner of RE/MAX Anchor Realty and under his supervision it became the largest conversion of a Florida office in RE/MAX history. It is through Rocky's years of experience in the real estate business that he provides valuable relationships between buyers and sellers.
Anthony Farhat
Anthony offers an array of real estate expertise. He has led the Sales & Marketing efforts for PGI Group for over 10 years. Under his leadership sales tripled and the company grew into other communities including Lee and Collier Counties. Anthony has been the driving force behind several projects including PGI Group's Commercial Division and affordable housing division, Entryway Homes. He has been honored with several industry awards including "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" and "Top 40 Under 40" Business Leaders in Southwest Florida. Anthony's knowledge of the complexities of the construction industry provides both buyers and sellers valuable information during and after the real estate transaction.
